Wallenhunt Oil continues to be at the bleeding-edge of energy extraction technology. Their new proprietary synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) design is being used to find seas of oil where none were thought to be. In conjunction with electromagnetic frequency thermal resonance, Wallenhunt’s proprietary SAR creates detailed, 3-dimensional maps of underground deposits at a depth and resolution previously unheard of.
“Nobody else in the oil industry has this kind of technology,” said Clint Wallenhunt III, who is also a philanthropist and chairman of the Dallas Citizens Council. “Not only can we get a crystal clear picture of things 8,000 feet down, but we can send carrier microwaves to physically interact with the environment. We won’t need injections anymore. It’s going to completely change the world of fracking.”
Wallenhunt believes this technology has potential applications in other fields as well.
